From the Spectator blog about PMQs:
The SNP’s Angus Robertson says that the defence cuts are “disproportionately” hitting Scotland. Cameron points out that the two aricraft carriers are being constructed in Scotland, and adds rather sharply: “If you had an independent Scotland, you wouldn’t be flying plans – you’d be flying by the seat of your pants.”
Predictable laugh from the Tory claque.
Now translate that into a Scottish context.
That should be worth the odd five-figure transfer to the SNP next May.
A safe bet:
Annabel Goldie managed a quick grimace.
